I think the title pretty much says it all. The biome weights in the config file are reset at launch time every time I configure them. This makes it impossible for me to eliminate biomes that should not be in the overworld. Just to be safe I have used a few different text editors to be sure it's not a configuration error on my end.
It may also be ignoring other things, if it is always resetting the config file.
