Add support to HDMA IP

This PR:

• Adds support to akida 1500 DMA for HDMA IP. You can test the Akida 1000 or 1500 with the test command:

  $ ./test /dev/akd1500_0
  $ ./test /dev/akida1

• Handles kernel version up to 6.4
• Removes support of kernel version older than 5.4
• Adds DMA SRAM configuration
