Don't use deprecated build system in Xcode #34

What's involved in removing the need to use the legacy build system in Xcode? Is there work already being done for this?

Thanks for asking! It honestly hasn't been investigated much yet. This will be fixed in cargo-mobile when we inevitably need to transition to the new build system at Brainium, but until that's a priority I won't personally be exploring this.
