Rewrite the horrible mess that we've done with augeas to use datacat #10

after much consideration, I've finally decided that remap, plugins, and storage, and so on, should not use augeas, but instead simply use richardc/datacat.

I've done exploratory implantations with datacat, and I'm not happy with. it makes far more sense to implement it as types & providers.
