[DRAFT] Add more projects to portfolio section

Description

This PR addresses issue #4 by adding more projects to the portfolio section of the website.

Changes Made

• Updated the constants.js file in the src/constants directory to include the new project websites and their information.
• Scraped the provided websites to gather the necessary information for each project.
• Added snapshot images for projects without specific images.
• Modified the Projects.js file in the src/components/Projects directory to display the new projects in the portfolio section.
