Translation error in German translation #185

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a widget
2. Look at widget size selection popup
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The first spinner should be titled "Spalten", meaning columns. It acutally is 
titled "Zeilen" (which by the way is equivalent to "Reihen") and means "rows".

What version of the product are you using? On what phone? What Android
version?
1.1.5 standalone (have seen this since before 1.0 already) on Android 2.1
