Wallpaper applied by theme does not register as system wallpaper #300

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Set Wallpaper for desktop.
2.Apply an ADW Theme with an included default wallpaper.
3.Goto lockscreen or any application with style "Theme.Wallpaper"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Wallpaper displayed is either the wallpaper applied before the theme applied 
its own or the system default wallpaper.

What version of the product are you using? On what phone? What Android
version?
Droid 1, ADW 1.3.6

Please provide any additional information below.
Pretty sure it was doing this in 1.3.0, can't recall noticing it prior to that.
