LEGUP is not recognizing puzzle files of puzzle name "Binary" I attempted to fix this by including the puzzle in the config file, however it did not remedy the issue.
Created template files for all of the rules we currently have formalized and assigned rule identifiers based off of the schema used by the Nurikabe Puzzle.
