[GB-86] Implement SRGB Wrapper (V1.0)

Version 1.0 includes:

• Must be compatible with ReShade
• Must be able to weave
• Must include lens logic
• Must be able to initialize SR Context
• 64/32 Bit support

Version 2.0:

• Must work with at least one other major modding platform (RE Framework?)
• Eye Tracker logic
  • Get eye tracker coordinates
• Window logic
  • Window scaling
  • Buffer scaloing
• SR Displays logic
  • Get display information
  • Matrix retrieval (projection matrix for user’s eyes)

Version 3.0:

• Overlay functionality
• Communication between wrapper and GUI
  • Get user config
  • Persist changes to settings made in-game
• Separate render loop for eye tracker (track at max framerate)

The entire wrapper class diagram is implemented however we are missing a few things:

• Not every header file declaration has been implemeneted in a .cpp file
• Not every method has a working implementation
• There is no working implementation of the IHotkeyManager interface yet.
• Nothing has been tested.
