Transfer rights and ownership from Leia #166

During a meeting with Nima, he disclosed that Leia is willing to spin-off the project if a small set of conditions in met.

The main problem is that we need a legal entity set up to get the rights transferred. This costs effort and money (possibly recurring). So we need to figure out if that's worth it to us and what this effort/cost is in more detail.

Alternatively, we can waive the rights and make the project fully open source and not owned by anyone. This way we don't have to maintain it in any way and we get to keep developing on it, but we won't be able to make any money if a company comes in and wants to use the repo.

The question is now: Can an entity without a "rechtspersoonlijkheid" gets IP transferred to them from a BV or other company?
