Linearization bug: first reference with a letter does not seem to get a :ref #4

Text: We need water to drink.

Penman: (n / need-01 :ARG0 (w / we) :ARG1 (w2 / water :purpose (d / drink-01 :ARG0 w :ARG1 w2)))

Linearized: :startrel need :sense01 :ARG0 :startrel we :endrel :ARG1 :startrel :ref1 water :purpose :startrel drink :sense01 :ARG0 w :ARG1 :ref1 :endrel :endrel :endrel

As is clear above, only "water" (w2) gets a :ref. "we" (w) does not. This might be related to how we replace potential references.
