SDK-2015 -- Bump iOS and Android versions

Summary

Updated the Branch SDKs for iOS to 2.2.0 and Android to 5.7.0

Motivation

Keep Cordova up to date with the other SDKs.

[x] Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)

Testing Instructions

Ensure there were no breaking changes from the native SDK updates.

I believe you mean 5.7.0 😉
