Not getting Install and Re-install count #1283

Describe the bug

Team,

I wanted to inform you that I have successfully integrated the Branch SDK into my project, and I'm pleased to share that the Integration Status is currently showing as 100%. However, I am facing a specific issue that requires attention.

Upon clicking on any of the links to download an app, I have noticed that the Install and Re-install counts are not being displayed in the Dashboard as expected.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. Your support in addressing this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Steps to reproduce

Feel free to select any of the links and verify whether you are able to retrieve the Install and Re-install counts.

Expected behavior

I should get the Install and Re-install counts.
