Add support for non Google Play Telegram #270

Sesame doesn't currently recognize org.telegram.messenger.web as an Telegram app. It's a different app that can be downloaded directly from telegram.org

Could you perhaps add support for it?

One can only hope. For me, the toggle immediately turns back off. I dont want to use play store version as the website version has more privacy.
