Update iOS SDK to 1.39.2 Update Android SDK to 5.0.7 Add API for facebook parameters.

Switch to using External Dependency Manager for both Android and iOS https://github.com/googlesamples/unity-jar-resolver

Also includes Android refactoring to account for changes in the way we handle Android lifecycle.

Since there's a lot of changes, I'd like to schedule a meeting to go over them.

Currently logging is still enabled, and the final binary has not been updated. Will fix that after initial review.
