SDK-1443 - remove desktop banner, make sendSMS no-op

Description

This PR

• makes the sendSMS public method of the web-sdk a no-op with the warning message SMS feature has been deprecated. This is no-op.
• removes the desktop banner functionality which internally uses sendSMS. Below is a screenshot of desktop banner which is removed

Other notable changes include :

• removes the sms, desktop specific params of banner() method - sendLinkText, showDesktop, desktopSticky
• prints a info message on desktop on banner method invocation banner functionality is not supported on desktop

note :

• the banner functionality for mobile still remains and is supported.
