The directory where the Branchoutfile and Branchoutprojects are found is now the PROJECTION_DIRECTORY as this best describes that its the place where the metarepo projection is created
The state for branchout is stored in now in the BRANCHOUT_STATE directory, is used to be BRANCHOUT_HOME which was confusing as its not where branchout itself lives.
