Be selective about what gets stored in the projects list #72

Try to clone first, if success, then store the name in the projects list, if fail, do not. Over time a Branchoutprojects or .projects file becomes littered with typos and misspellings and group names that are not needed or wanted. It should purely contain stuff that exists or at least used to exist.
