I should check if it's possible to add a scheduled static with no expiration date. Though, I don't get the last part of your question. If you want the scheduled static only to be 1 or two hours, you can just configure it like that to only be active for 1 or 2 hours :-)
I will check more around. I cant see where i can adjust the time for less then 3 hours on the slider. It looks like its only in blocks for 3 hours.

You can move the blue block from left to right, but if you put your cursor on the border of the blue block, you can make it smaller or bigger :-)

Is it possible to have a little more control over the Scheduled Static area? It would be nice to have a never ending end date. This would be great for a net on other TG. The time is set for 3 hours. Would be great to limit that to 1 or 2 hours.
