const in traits need PHP 8.2 (src/Provider/Traits/HasBaseAssetProvider.php) nelmio_api_doc need default area

As I see this commit was merged but the current tag 3.0.4 still points to old commit. Do You have plan to move 3.0.4 tag over newest commit ? How we should deal with it ?
