[Bug]: Slow connection to cameras & video stutter #455

Describe the bug

When choosing to view camera stream, there is a lag time of 6+ seconds. Video stutters and only shows one frame every 3 seconds when viewing the stream, audio is working normally.

looked at logs. seems as though it connects immediately, then a second later "redirects", then disconnects, then connects again. once that occurs, another 4+ seconds pass until the stream begins.
