[Bug]: Camera stream lagging more than 20 seconds behind and in slow motion #539

Describe the bug

In a brand new install of Homebridge, my single Nest Hello Doorbell can't run a stream. When I stick my hand out in front of the Doorbell, Nest.com shows about a 1s delay, 1x speed. The Home app, using homebridge-nest-cam shows 20+s delay, .5x speed. Audio has no distortion or delay. Microphone has no distortion or delay.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open the live stream in the Home app.
