Not Visible

This all seems installed correctly.

When starting homebridge I get "[nest-cam] Initializing Nest-cam platform.....".

Then nothing. Doesn't show up in accessories along with my other homebridge devices.

I have installed FFmpeg.

Does this conflict with the "nest" homebridge plugin? Maybe thats the issue? I also have sonos installed as a homebridge plugin if that matters.

Any direction is appreciated....

Figured it out - you need to add each camera manually as an accessory.

Goto > manually add accessory You should see the cameras recognized Enter homebridge homekit code for each

All set.
