Current Coverage XSD does not support GTINS with length < 8 #3

Currently people wishing to submit products with GTINS that are less than 8 digits must pad up to 8 digits at least before submission. GTINS with < 8 digits are valid and can be assigned to Fruit & Veg and are also known as PLU codes.

Please alter the schema to support this.

picked up in workflow https://brandbank.atlassian.net/projects/COV/issues/COV-9 non-breaking change assesment - v2.2.0 proposed version assigned. audit shows no impact on recently submitted coverage xml files. ETA 15/06/2018
