Track line drifts from map #211

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start tracking
2. when current location goes near the border of the screen and the map is 
recentered the track stays at the same place for 1-2 seconds and some times 
more.
3.move the map by dragging on screen - track does not move 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Track should be drawn as soon as map moves.
Which Android device are you using?
Galaxy S
What version of Android are you running?
2.2
What version of the Open GPS Tracker are you running?
1.1.2
