offline maps #241

It would be great for the app to save used maps to the sd card,as do 
maverick,for example, in order to make possible GPS navigation while being 
offline.

Generating maps and tiles is deferred to different libraries (google or 
osmdroid) and their approaches for saving maps are all that is possible. For 
google this means none, for osmdroid this means
