Video stops due to torch sub process error

Hi, I want to use python 3 to run WebApp.py. But Video stops stops stream while recognizing person with the following error.

Error getting result from Torch subprocess.

there are so many errors in this project and it appears to be abandon by Brandonjoffe a few that fork out cant get it to work properly.
