Update to Tensorflow v2.5 #7

Initial Tensorflow 2.x upgrade commit. Significant changes include:

Transformer classes moved into individual class files, and refactored transformers.py into a module folder
MDN class files and functions refactored into separate model module folder
MDN model has been rewritten to utilize the TF 2.x API, which results in major updates to internal structures

Best attempts have been made to maintain backward compatibility with public-facing APIs.
