Subscribe / Unsubscribe links are missing #263

Platform: Windows 10 Browser: Chrome URL of page: https://brandplystaging.com Organization or Member Login User: superarcher Password: 1234567

Here are steps to reproduce the problem:

1) Go into http://archer.brandplystaging.com on your browser 2) Log into site as user u: pfr2 p:1234567 3) Check if there is "Unsubscribe" link 4) Open http://411paintampa.brandplystaging.com as logged user 5) Check if there is "Subscribe" link
