Does not allow for creation of tutorials across midnight. Could be useful for online tutorials for exchange students given the situation

TAble was not designed with such exceptional circumstances in mind, such as a pandemic, which would result in teaching assistants taking NUS modules online from another timezone. Typically, NUS tutorials would take place on the same day within the Singapore timezone.
