Am able to mark student's attendance multiple times

Same applies for marking absent, no text feedback or visual feedback to show the use of multiple mark present/absent commands

Team's Response

The coloured green/red panels serve as a constant live feedback for the current attendance state of the student, especially as it is updated live. In the case of multiple mark absent/present commands for a student, even if a student who was already present was marked present again, the consistent green panel and lack of change of colour serves as feedback. Hence, this was a deliberate design decision.

Reason for disagreement: But the fact that the command is allowed to pass could be a highly misleading UIUX experience.

  1. Users would have to scroll to whereever the student's position is in the list when marking attendance
  2. Users might think that didn't I mark the attendance, why am I able to mark it again?

Yup, it's a design decision, but I think that this could have been designed. Hence feature flaw.
