More enchantments #12

Is it possible to pull from the list of available enchantments to add more options. So if you have mods that add more enchantments to swords or picks, like CoFH core, it adds them to the list of enchantments you can increase?

Yes. I plan on rewriting the skill system first, so after that I could try to add all relevant enchantments.
