We have a task for dealing with videos blocked in certain region. Is this doable here too?

A proposal by @slavipetrov: Could we also filter out songs already present in queue.

@Bratanov We currently don't filter related by anything, so if we have a song in queue it can appear in related too. But yeah, it's a good idea to filter them in search results too.
