Cop cars flickering #10

Hi,

great work with the mod. I'm having problems with COP Cars that most of the time flick/jump between two positions constantly.

Using the -disable-client-correction false in commands.txt seems the problem is reduced but maybe is placebo because soon or later they will flick again.

Using Gsync TV at 120 hz. Tried disabling gsync but the problem persits. Using -GameTime.MaxVariableFps 60, I'm pretty sure the problem disappear (15 minutes in a row without the problem appearing). With maxvariablefps at 90, 10 minutes without problems. At 120, problem appears in 5 minutes.

UPDATE: Even during the time when COP cars don't shake, helicopters do.
