i believe the EMP speed is still behaving as it would be 60 fps...is the speed normal? I swear it was slower before but i am not sure

please record a video of 30 fps vs your target frame rate if you can

tested 144 and seems to work fine, altho on 240 it seems to be the 60 fps speed. Another issue i encountered that seems to be fairly popular is changing to a higher resolution while having the option "Fullscreen" turned to ON breaks any keyboard inputs

I've been testing at 200 all along and EMP timers seem to be fine as internally the physics sim is still updated at 30hz. Double check your launch commands on Origin/EA App/Steam to make sure you don't have any old ones there. Specifically if the options -GameTime.MaxSimFps xxx -GameTime.ForceSimRate xxx are present, delete them as they'll conflict with the point of this mod.
