Added /ask command to ask a question to GPT-4o.
Added custom embedded welcome message to maybe replace the discord welcome messages or not.
Added a set of random reactions to messages in channels #introduce_yourself, #share_your_wins, #share_your_projects and #content_creation. We can refine the logic here.
