Bug description

In WotLK get 3% spell hit wrong bonus from talent [Restorative Totems] https://github.com/BreakBB/ExtendedCharacterStats/blob/bf2ba28de92a984c78af0b79bae5fc08554d8ffa/Modules/Data/SpellHit.lua#L82 It's [Nature's Guidance] TBC talent, not WotLK
