BugFix: Handle duplicate accession numbers are in the searched FASTA database. ("DATABASE" is defined in cluster.conf). BugFix: Give cmfinder more time to run. Changed from 2 to 7 days. BugFix: Prevent this warning (pink text) "SettingWithCopyWarning: A value is trying to be set on a copy of a slice from a DataFrame." when CSV file is created.
