Fixed an error when an accession number is in both ENV12 and RefSeq. Improved some of the Entrez data fetches with some extra retry steps. Fixes #21

@ggaffield No need to request reviews from me or have me do the pull requests in this project from now on. I won't always have time to review the changes anyways.

In any case, this bug fix looks significant enough that you should probably issue an updated release with this change. Let me know if you need help figuring out how to do that.

Okay, thanks! I wasn't sure what role you wanted to play going forward. I also didn't realize that once I did a pull request, that I wouldn't be able to self-approve it (github wouldn't let me).
