Build a Nextflow process with the following inputs:

A genome fasta file
A genome annotation file (GFF or GTF)

Parameters:

Overlap
Minimum length

Output:

A fasta consisting of just the IGRs
A fasta consisting of just protein-coding regions
An IGR feature file consisting of GC content, length, other features calculated for each IGR
