move all folders into project package #25

move data, formulas, models, etc. inside project pacakge

Lets wait and see:

this may make it easier to package models since formulas would be in the same package as the model
and any custom readers, calculators, simulations could be grouped more logically into their layer folders
but this could also be done inside the project package as well, not sure about this.

With the new style of class definitions, this make way more sense, and would also allow models to be packaged using setup.py with package-data. The folders structure only made sense for the old style.
