Option to have widget maximized as default #51

I think it would be a great feature to give users the ability to set the widget 
as maximized on the lockscreen as a default (even if they are using PIN/swipe 
lock).

This is an option in some ROMs, like CM and AOKP. I don't believe an app would 
be able to change that on its own
