Describe the solution you'd like Add support for the Feather RP2040

Additional context I have loaded the correct version of CircuitPhython for the RP2040 but I only getting a flashing red LED when trying to run it.

Closing as I just realized the Pico uses the RP2040 chip and there's already an open request.
