- LD plot is viewed as an interactive ggplotly
- LD plot can be saved
- InfoBox now reflects the number of filtered QTLs
- Updated input UI to show that the LD window is in Mbs
- Updated file download to include the LD filtered QTLs and the multiple QTL results
