Add sample application for DotNetCore #65

Since nuget packages are messed up for the DotNetCore the sample application is added based on the references

Thanks for the sample, but we would rather keep them in a separate repo.

We have some DotNetCore samples in https://github.com/Breeze/northwind-demo

Sorry about any messed-up nuget packages.
