Updated link to CvcMuscima-Distortions dataset #35

Hi,

It seems the CvcMuscima-Distortions data set is still available at http://pages.cvc.uab.es/cvcmuscima/index_database.html. At least if I download the data files from there, then they seem to contain the required folders and files which I see in train.py.
