If "browser.sessionstore.restore_hidden_tabs" is not changed to TRUE, open tabs and their history may be "lost" on restore/restart #6

TGM uses hidden tabs in some way. If tabs are not fully loaded, or unloaded, or
some other circumstances apply, then after a restart or restore, these tabs
will reload as "new tab" or missing, and will be completely lost. Their tab
history, and other data allowing BACK or restore also gets completely lost.

I wrote this up on Mozilla forums (with its fix) a while back, and since then I
have also came across at other users who have had the same perplexing "tabs
being randomly lost" issue with TGM+Firefox.

The issue is not recent, and not hard to fix, but it seems the original
developer never fixed it.

The fix is that TGM must set (and check on startup, or override!)
"browser.sessionstore.restore_hidden_tabs" to TRUE.

Since we have changed the way the tabs are hidden (now are collapsed, and never
hidden), this issue could have been solved, but it should require a lot of
testing before we close this issue. Im not sure but, this issue could be also
related to a partial fix made or never made to the core of Firefox, the same
than the Issue 11:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=261826
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=786484
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=595601

How to Reproduce the Issue:
- Save your TGM Session before any test. Make a secutity copy of Firefox
Folder, or use VMWare.
- One of the ways to test and try to reproduce this issue is to close Firefox
with Process Explorer while its running and doing a lot of work, using a lot of
CPU. That will force Firefox to close and probably to get back all the tabs
when its restarted.
