Bombus terrestris primary mRNAs #9

We use pmrna to select a representative mRNA from each gene for analysis. Currently Bombus terrestris has only 61 pmRNAs, whereas there are 19k total mRNAs in the complete GFF3 file. Something is obviously wrong!
