What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select to add a new record to a survey in either Chrome or Firefox -->
default map view displays correctly
2. Select to add a new record to a survey in IE --> default map view does not
display correctly
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Default map should display as per the coordinate centre and zoom level
specified for the survey.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
IE8.0.6001.18702
Please provide any additional information below.
