Survey importer not working in IE8 #378

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In IE8, goto Admin -> Manage Projects -> Manage Surveys, and select "add 
Project"
2. Locate a suitable survey zip file on your local drive
3. Notice that nothing happens.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expecting the same behaviour as per Chrome and Firefox browsers.
